Frequently asked questions.

We’ve put together some FAQs to help you get ready for the big day. If there’s anything else you’re unsure about, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. You can also contact our wonderful wedding planner, Agata, at +370 646 72727 and she’ll be happy to help!

  • It’s entirely up to you! We encourage you to give yourself some time to explore Vilnius, especially if you haven’t been here before.

We will be staying in the Vilnius area for the week after the wedding, so if you’re planning to extend your trip, we’d love to spend some time together and make the most of it.

  • We’d love for you to look and feel your best, and be ready to enjoy the day!

If you’re stuck for ideas - the “cocktail” dress code is the vibe we’re imagining (and yes - if, like the groom, that means wearing a kilt, that totally fits the bill!). Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and confident as you celebrate with us.

Late August in Vilnius is usually warm, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 25°C. However, there’s always a chance of rain, so it’s a good idea to check the forecast closer to the date and come prepared.

  • St. Casimir’s Church is in the heart of the charming Old Town of Vilnius.

If you’re not planning to make your own way to Penkios Dukros – which we expect will be the case for many of you! – we’ll provide transport to and from the reception, about a 45-minute drive from the church.

We’ll reach out closer to the time to ask if you'd like to use this transport. Stay tuned for more updates!

  • Vilnius is a compact city, making it easy to get around! Here are the main options:

    • Walking: The Old Town is best explored on foot, with its cobblestone streets and beautiful sights just a short walk away.

    • Public Transport: Vilnius has a reliable bus system, and you can buy tickets easily using the Trafi app. Just remember to activate your ticket on the app once you’re on the bus!

    • Taxis: Taxis are readily available, and you can use apps like Bolt and Uber for a convenient option.

    • Bikes & Scooters: If you prefer something a bit more active, city bikes and electric scooters are available to rent throughout the city.

    • Car Rentals: For short-term car rentals, you can use Citybee, which offers easy access to cars around the city. However, be aware that parking in the city center can be tricky.

No matter how you choose to get around, everything is easy to reach in Vilnius!

  • The RSVP form will be available on the website. We’ll provide final details closer to the wedding day and keep the website updated with all the latest information.

  • As part of the RSVP form, you’ll have the chance to let us know about any dietary preferences or restrictions.

  • If you choose to give a gift, a monetary contribution would be greatly appreciated and will help us as we start this new chapter of our lives.

While we love flowers, we’d like to keep things simple, so there’s no need to bring any.
